LTR - wealthy pensioner question

Anyone knows if we can include income generated from Thai real estate (in the form of rental) as Personal Pension income to fulfilll annual 40K USD or 80K USD criteria?

I think it should, I was in a similar situation but then opted for the elite to have more freedom of investment (in my case).
