Photocopies of bio data page on passport and all pages with stamps, photocopy of TM6 form, 4x6cm photo w/ white background & neutral expression, TM7 and TM30. The big thing is that you need to show proof of residence and that that person has to provide photocopy of ID, fill in TM30, and show proof of residence registration
I mean there're a lot of reasons why they might reject it but they're all pretty common sense - they're not going to reject you just for funsies, they'll reject it because you made some stupid error like giving the wrong flight number or having dates that dont match up with the documents you provided it. Only real tip I can give you is that when you're uploading hotel and insurance docs, just make sure you're giving the receipt that shows you've paid. Beyond that, if you're just missing documentation they'll likely just request it from you. That happened with me - my flight was a one-way that didn't provide proof of onward travel, they requested proof after I submitted and approved my visa after I gave it to them.
UK only has one consulate from my understanding, so you could actually just upload your passport again. That question is more directed at countries that have multiples consulates that process visas - they want to make sure those people send it to the right consulate (someone form Maryland should be submitting their application to DC, for example, not LA) - but it gets thrown at everyone. Your passport will work fine in your case.
For your first question, upload the receipt from your hotel that shows you paid. For your second question, I don't know where they're asking you to show proof of your work. Yes they ask but all they care about is if you have enough money in the bank, which yes, to prove, you should show your latest bank statement. Don't understand what you're asking for with your third question. Is a person inviting you to stay? Are you booking a hotel? Don't get what you're asking here. Document for current residency either needs to be your passport or your ID. Depends on the phrasing of the question and which country you're coming from. Give us the exact phrasing of the question and which country you're from and we can tell you.
"[A Guardian] Visa is issued to a foreigner whose child (Non Thai) is studying in Thailand... You will require supporting documents from the school of your child to support the Non Immigrant O visa application."
there’s a tube that should have liquid in it. If it’s not in the tube already, it’s in the box for you to put in the tube. After that, take the nasal swab and swab your nostrils. Put swab in tube w/liquid and swirl it around for 10 secs. Leave swab in tube for a minute, and when you remove it, squeeze the tube around the swab to get out all liquid soaked into tube. In kit there should be a dropper attachment for tube. Attach and squirt three drops of tube sample into the oval marked with S on test kit. Wait ten minutes for result (usually shows up after a min).
so we’re just going to ignore how this hotel you had to book in advance had to be a qualified quarantine facility (AQ/SHA+) that guaranteed PCR test administration (whether they did it at the hotel or had you get it done at hospital/airport), how this package had to include private escort from the airport, how you could not leave your room until the results came back, and how, more often than not, they wouldn’t even tell you your results until the following day? Cool 👍
your comment misses the crucial fact that you still have to quarantine for a day. “Quarantine exempt” is a lie. Try arriving in Thailand without a quarantine package and see where it gets you…
