Is it mandatory to have someone stay with you overnight in a Thai hospital, especially if you don't know anyone?

Stayed at Maharaj (public hospital) for three days, def did not need someone with me (they wouldn't even allow visitors...) Have had multiple friends stay at hospitals here for up to a week, they've never required accompaniment.

Legally you won’t be able to change schools. It’s your school that supports your ED visa so you can’t go hopping around like that. Whether your school will actually give a shit is a different question. But legally if they catch you not being educated at the massage school you have on file…yeah good luck
