FYI, TR visa application requires proof of onward travel (at least in the US). They emailed me about an hour ago requesting it. #evisa

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared that they received a request for proof of onward travel when applying for a TR visa for Thailand, specifically for applicants in the US. This sparked a discussion among users, with some claiming they had their TR visa approved without such proof, while others pointed out that it is necessary for one-way flights or when planning to stay beyond 90 days.

Of course you do if you are you flying 1 way or return flight beyond 90 days?

"Of course you do" - I knew I needed proof of onward travel for the flight/arrival. It being required for the visa was a gray area, as is proven by this comment section.
Nah fam just not trying to get my visa rejected when I'm flying out in nine days. Your suggestion makes no sense. They'd tell me to just reapply under the right visa, nevermind that they'd also ask for proof of whatever education I'd supposedly be getting.
