As Ray Bond pointed out this morning they are now asking for SHA ++ or SHA plus extra bookings for test and go packages.
This means they are already aligned with a hospital to do the testing.
Only guessing that people were just booking SHA plus hotels and no testing (looks cheaper)

ORIGINAL POSTERUnder the new rules, is it possible to go from Thailand for a week to an approved territory (eg Vietnam) and come back to Thailand under a quarantine exemption?
Technically, if you follow the rules below, you’d have to stay abroad for 3 weeks to qualify for exemption - has anyone asked about it or have any insights?
