how do you get the tax ID number if it's a booking you make on booking.com that has free cancellation..I need it for the visa but will not stay there the whole 60 days as I'm travelling around? thankyou

I notice they have appointment coming up so that's good ..do you know if this is even a possibility to apply for the 60 day visa if I am not inside my home country this is the main thing I am trying to confrim before I male the appointment ..Also what about the turn around time if I apply in Kl I'm here so would rather apply Herr than to book another flight to Penang ..the Thai website is not clear ...thankyou
