Yes I do understand that. But many on this site say they don't require or care. I assume best to report within 24 hours and hope I get receipt

I take your point, but if apply too early ie 30 days into 60 day visa maybe sent away till 50 th etc.

Apparently Bangkok Immigration says not required and I guess will not entertain me.

Cambodia has in past had real Visa on Arrival. So I would expect a bus ticket is acceptable to airline departing philippines.

Blogger was very specific. Had witnessed many foreigners arguing with embassy staff because nothing is on their website. I think I'll stuck with having to buy a bus ticket for 60 th day

I will buy onward ticket for 90th day assuming I get 30 day extension in thailand. My issue is thai embassy in philippines apparently wants ticket for 60th day. I do not want to buy 2 onward tickets
