I have 2 months Tourist visa. What documents do I need to get 30 day extension?
Notably there's no entry/departure card any more, since i was not given one. Also do I need TM 30 receipt if I'm staying at hotel and how do I prove I'm at a hotel.
TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a 30-day extension on your 2-month tourist visa in Thailand, you need to confirm with your hotel to provide proof of your stay, which can be a printed screenshot or document from them. Since there is currently no entry/departure card (TM6) required, focus on having your hotel's documentation for the TM30 requirement. As for which immigration office to visit, there are many options available, so it's advisable to check your nearest office.
