If you have a Revolut account already then why not a bank to bank transfer in Baht to that account? Make sure you’ve set up a Baht account under Revolut and use your regular IBAN to transfer from a Thai bank. I’ve paid from Revolut in Baht to a Thai bank account non problem so don’t see why it won’t work the other way.
