Any government explanations what the definition of being unable to travel because of Covid-19. I've seen some postings say it its inhumane for Thailand to requires residents of UK to return home because of high number of cases there. I don't want to get into a discussion of people's reactions to this, just looking for some official clarity.

I don’t know if it’s any different in London, but the hoops nowadays are not so difficult that it should put you off.

Yes, Individuals from any country can obtain a tourist visa. However, I’ve seen some post from citizens in Britain saying they can’t go to the embassy because of the lockdown.

I, a US citizen, and obtained my SEV in Korea. No issue oft not being a permanent resident.

I have a feeling if I see areas relatively deserted you will tell me there was a festival somewhere else the people were attending.or there had a big party that night and now everybody was sleeping it off, or everyone was locked uptake police because they were at a demonstration, or they were on a travel shoot with Richard Barroows I look forward to all the reasons I can be wrong.Thank you

No need. Reality check. I went to RICHARD Barrows Facebok Page and I saw where he was on Kon Kret boat And I only counted 3 to 4 other people and all the other rows were empty. So I don’t know what he saying, but pictures don’t lie
