Yes I like it, only thing we need to do is sign the copies and look into the camera they take care of the rest and it's usually in and out in 15 minutes.

it's been 2000 the last 6 years in udon but they do all the paperwork and take copy's and u don't need a photo, they just use their webcam.

I did a border bounce in Nong Khai yesterday and I asked the IO in passport controll when I arrived back if it would be extended and he said the would go back to 30 days today as planned.

It's straight forward, simple and easy and I have never been denied any entry back into Thailand even that I might have used the system before with visa exemptions.

I used to do visa runs with Sawadee Visarun or something before and sometimes it was toddlers in the van and I hated it!

Now I live 1 hour from Nong khai so I just take the car and park it on thai side of the border.
