 oh ok thank you for the quick response 🙏 . I have friends who say the non O is the one to get . I’m leaning towards that one now . Then I just apply at the local immigration every 12 months for an extension of stay based on retirement…? 👍

Do I need anything in particular to apply for the 90 day visa …..? Or is it straightforward online here ?

Health insurance not needed when I apply from within Thailand I see . So get the visa then just go ….

Open bank account/ sort money / accommodation out there ….? Then I get 1 year on a non o 🙏
