TLDR : Answer Summary
It is possible to apply for a Non-O visa in the UK without having 800,000 baht in a Thai bank account. Instead, applicants can use funds available in a UK bank account, provided the latest balance is equivalent to approximately Β£18,000. This amount must be documented through bank statements, and while the full amount needs to be present in a Thai bank account when applying for the yearly extension, it is not required at the initial application stage.

to use an agent to front the financials to obtain a visa is committing Immigration fraud. You leave yourself open to arrest, deportation and blacklisting.
