Know you local office requirements .

Yes, scan passport, pink border marriage certificate, yellow house register, wife’s Thai ID, map to home and update as needed such as passport, etc.

In other words scan the ones that are ongoing. Once scanned you can print yourself or go to a shop.

You have them in a file and can update as needed.

Other documents like

the current marriage certification (Kor Ror2), copy of bank book and bank letter must be gotten from other sources.

Preparation works, and the more times one goes the process, the more it becomes routine.

Check the requirements for your LOCAL office.

I have my own printer, and I have scans of my passport, pink border marriage certificate, Wife ID card, and House Register on laptop.

These I print and the other documents are printed when acquired.

Two sets are needed.

Pre-planning reduces stress.

With it on the record, there is risk of a shadow ban in the future as noted by James Miller.

The warnings were broadcast well before this.

@Steve ********
After being here for fourteen years, I have learned not all participants in using Thai Immigration enjoy, or don’t enjoy, the same USER experience.

I am pretty sure you have had the same realization.

We apply for the extension, we see papers shuffled, then comes, hopefully, the UNDER CONSIDERATION stamp of approval. 😃

Hopefully no further declarations or necessities to vex us in our goal.

Depends on what the LOCAL office requires, not ALL do.

When your educational visa expires, ALL RIGHTS to re-enter Thailand under a re-entry permit EXPIRE with it.
