If your girlfriend owns the house you are staying in then she must file the TM30. It’s the responsibility of the owner.

If you travel then each place you stay must file a TM30.

Can I enter Thailand without a visa from Ireland, and what should I prepare for at the airport?

You should get a 60 day visa exemption on arrival.

Technically, you need a ticket out of Thailand dated within that 60 days and 20,000 baht in cash. But, these are only checked on very rare occasions. However, your airline is much more likely to check your exit ticket before allowing you to board.

If the stamp is your visa exemption then it can’t be reused. You will get a new exemption when you arrive, unless immigration choose otherwise.
