so once I book a refundable hotel and upload the reservation I can go ahead and cancel the hotel booking? Or how soon after can I cancel the booking? I have to book the hotel for two months stay correct?

well my plan is to apply for a tourist visa which will give me 60 days and extend it for another 30 days. Go to Laos and apply for tourist visa 60 days and extend for 30 days. 😀
