they are basically saying the dependant doesn't need a separate bank account, but are not clear if the bank account used will need a balance of bt500,000 for each person. Two people using the same bank account then the balance should be bt1million.

thanks. I have them on Line so don't search the web anymore. There was another agency before covid that spelled it center trying to bank on their reputation with people not knowing the difference. I guess they no longer exist.

there is no Thai company requirement, just that you work here legally, and pay your income taxes.

being married, or not, makes no difference in trying to get her a visa that will allow her to visit the US. The whole process takes about a year, or longer, to get approved, and it is no guarantee she will be approved.

every situation dealing with every visa is always at the discretion of the issuing embassy/consulate. There are no written in stone rules. As much as you talk you should actually know this already. This visa is only two months old so how each embassy/consulate around the world treat the application process, and approval can be different, and in many cases is different. You might want to weigh what would cost more, having it rejected, and have to apply again, or changing your flight.

for the DTV visa you need a legitimate remote job, and at least the equivalent of bt500,000 in your bank account.
