Recommendations please....(sorry had to edit the spacing and grammar the entire post was all one long sentence made it tough to read.)

This is visa and under “everything else”

Need a semi full time house cleaner and cook…(maybe one person who can do both services.)

This will be daily, from the hours of 12pm to 5pm, cleaning during the day and preparing meals for a family.

Needed Monday to Friday, not needed Saturday or Sunday.

If this person has a visa then they must be able to take care of their own visa conditions.

If person is Thai local or "other" that works as well.

Must have experience of at least 3 years providing these type of services for a family.

Pay will be discussed during the interview.

This person should have references that can be contacted.

Must have their own transportation and have their own cleaning supplies…(preferred)

Cleaning supplies can be provided if person doesn't have their own.

Money will be given for buying groceries and time spent doing the shopping for items.

That is why having their own transportation is essential.

If anyone knows of a service that can hire this type of person or if you have had someone to take care of your families cleaning and cooking needs and you no longer need their services please reach out.

I would need to know what would be the monthly pay for this type of person if you had already hired someone like this or what you think would be starting wage.

Side note, a part time driver may be needed as well to take kids to school in the morning and pickup from school and drop back home. Monday to Friday.

Please let me know if you would have a driver or know of a company that offers a driving service that does this for families.

Location is near the copacabana beach jomtien condominium area....(on that same street and area)

Thank you for any and all recommendations.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post is seeking recommendations for hiring a semi-full-time house cleaner and cook in the Jomtien area of Thailand. The ideal candidate should work Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM, have at least three years of experience, and possess their own transportation and cleaning supplies. The author is open to both Thai locals and expats who can manage their visa conditions. They also inquire about the typical salary for this type of role, and mention a potential need for a part-time driver for children. Comments suggest modifications to the post for clarity and share personal experiences related to in-home help.

whoever you pick make sure they are thai or can legally work here.

A live-in housekeeper is much more practical, for both of you.

I am 85 and still in good health. I know at any time I may need personal care. I hired a very nice woman 60 YO to watch over me and care for the house. She needed help and I truly appreciate her being here. She lives in my house. I give her 25,000 Baht each month and she does the shopping for the food and what we need and she pays for it She takes care of the house and does the cooking. She does not complain about Money so she must have enough left for herself. What others do I have no idea, I know I have a friend and do not live alone. I can afford to have her here and that makes life much better.

Please edit the LOCATION to the top of the post and that will help a lot of people skip it, if they don't know anyone in that area.
