 Single entry is only valid for 90 days. Multi-entry Non Imm O is valid for 1 year, that's why it's more expensive!

 I believe it's only Savannakhet now that offer the 1 year Non Imm O. HCMC and Seoul used to offer it but I think they stopped now. You can get the single entry at any local Embassys/consulates.
