because most people have a real health insurance which covers covid w/o any xtra costs. Only dumb people travel with covid insurance only.

no maintannence fee, but you usually have to choose from one of their cards with differnt privileges, starting from about 200,-thb per year.

What means "it has 5000,-thb"? The account is always for free and you only have to pay for the card for the first year. You have to make a deposit only.

nope, because too late. When IO recognize the missing report, they will ask for the fine. No TM30 before payment.

IO will fine the Landlord 1600,- THB. The tenant must pay this for the Landlord or has to wait until the Landlord did. TM 30 report will be done after payment.
