and as also mentioned already above: The countries your are showing in the pic aren't eligible for visa exempt at all. That's why they don't get an extension.

As mentioned above, these 7 days aren't an extension. They are some piss-off days to leaves the country, including a big piss-off stamp to your passport.

the 7 days you're talking about, that's not an extension. You get 7 days time to piss-off, in case your application has been rejected. An extension of stay for TR and Visa exempt (if you're eligible to enter with it) is always 30 days.
