TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain the queue numbers for the 90-day report at Jomtien Immigration, you need to go to the tent located outside the building, not queue with tourists inside. Some users mentioned that it could take about 30-40 minutes to get your passport back upon processing. There was also a query regarding the possibility of completing this process online, but responses focused on the physical queue.
