On Suvarnabhumi they are not that strict, but with more than 180 days they might tell you, you're on the wrong visa.

nope, at DMK they are still checking the number of days you've been in Thailand within the last 12 month. I once had to return to Vientiane because of too many days, in 2019.

you need a set of passport copies, a passport photo and you need a certificate of residence.

because most people have a real health insurance which covers covid w/o any xtra costs. Only dumb people travel with covid insurance only.

no maintannence fee, but you usually have to choose from one of their cards with differnt privileges, starting from about 200,-thb per year.

What means "it has 5000,-thb"? The account is always for free and you only have to pay for the card for the first year. You have to make a deposit only.
