TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the availability of a vaccine pass for those vaccinated in Thailand. Users confirm that vaccination records are stored in an app called Mor Prom, which allows access to an electronic version of the vaccine certificate. There are concerns about the acceptance of this pass in Europe and troubleshooting issues with the LINE system for obtaining the vaccine record.

Mor Prom is the name of the App:

For foreigners: you don't need to enter your passport number to log in, you need to enter 13-digit ID which you get from the hospital when you got your jabs.

Here's the link to LINE account for the service.

It's recorded on an app yes but I can't remember the Thai name for it. Scan the QR code on your vaccine certificate and you'll also have an online version.
