 nope, because too late. When IO recognize the missing report, they will ask for the fine. No TM30 before payment.

 IO will fine the Landlord 1600,- THB. The tenant must pay this for the Landlord or has to wait until the Landlord did. TM 30 report will be done after payment.

 wtf is a "lowlife agent"? Agents have friends or family at Immigration and may solve any problem if the envelope is fitted well enough.
