Probably you can fly in. Probably your wife needs a travel permit to enter Bangkok. A pick up from Hotel isn't really a hard reason to enter a dark red zone, but that might change within the next 14 days

If it's a TR tourist visa, you're on overstay now as it's valid 60 days. If it's still a STV special tourist visa, it should be valid 90 days.

Apply here for 3BB Fiber. They will contact you and ask for location. Than you will get an offer for putting Fiber to your "rural area". It will be 2-3k for installation, if there's no Fiber yet. Farang usually need to subscribe for one year and have to pay 1 year in advance.
