Is the DLT driver's license service currently suspended in Thailand?

Yes. The Royal Thai Police have been notified by DLT to not ticket people with expired license until after September 30, 2021. DLT also announced they will extend the grace periods for renewing expired licenses once they start license services again.

Is the account re-verification request from Transferwise (Wise) legitimate or a phishing attempt?

The same thing happened to me after TransferWise changed to Wise. I had to reverify my bank account in the USA using PLAID to relink my account with Wise. This is totally normal and I had to do the same thing with my bank accounts in the USA and my brokerage accounts when I added an account for ACH. They all required I link using PLAID.

What are the current ATM withdrawal limits in Thailand, especially for expats?

Most banks will allow up to 30,000 baht but if the card is on Mastercard's network the maximum allowed withdrawal is only 20,000 baht per transaction.

Whenver I had that the package was at my local post office locked up in customs impound and I paid the custom's fees at the post office.

It will be at your local delivery post office in the customs impound area. They will have the paperwork for you to pay at the post office. Your mail carrier should bring you a notice today with your mail. If they didn't just go the post office.

How can an elderly Thai register to receive the Pfizer vaccine?

Pfizer is administered by the Thai government. For now it is only for elderly Thais and women pregnant over 12 weeks. But you do not select the vaccine. You register at whatever portal the Thai government has set up for you area and take whatever vaccine is/are offered at the time you are told to show up.

What documents are required for renewing a Non-Immigrant O visa in Thailand, and how many copies should I prepare?

Two copies is normal for smaller immigration offices. They have to send a copy of everything to Bangkok for approval. I got a checklist from my office before applying and it clearly said two copies of everything.
