Not visa related-

I asked my family in Singapore to ship 1box of covid test for personal use to Thailand for me.

Yesterday I was told by custom that I will receive a notification letter to pay tax.

Till now there is no notification letter given to me. Anyone happen to be in the same situation before?

Do I have to go to the Thailand post and make the payment or go to custom make the tax payment ???

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the process of paying customs tax for a personal shipment of COVID-19 tests sent from Singapore to Thailand, mentioning they had not yet received a notification letter. Community responses clarified that the tax payment should typically be handled at the local post office, where customs paperwork would be available, and advised waiting for the notification letter before proceeding.

It will be at your local delivery post office in the customs impound area. They will have the paperwork for you to pay at the post office. Your mail carrier should bring you a notice today with your mail. If they didn't just go the post office.

Since it is a medical product they might have blocked the import. Only thing you can do is go to the post office to inquire about it.
