I just got my DTV 3 weeks ago and my METV 6 months ago and no issues using the E Visa system with my VPN. And he was talking DTV, not bank or credit card.

Let me be the first one to day here that you are talking out of your a.....

You can be the best looking guy in Thailand, with a shitload of money and all the Thai speaking friends, relatives and girlfriends you want and you still will be sent packing at 99% of the bank branches.

Well that's not true because I use a VPN all the time regardless where I am, even home in NY.

If I was filing for a soft visa I surely wouldn't do it with a thai language class. Too easy for the immigration officer to start talking to you in Thailand and if he thinks you don't know 5 words a year later, that cancel stamp may come out.

I still don't see how they will keep a 5 year visa going for 2 or 3 doctors appointments. Makes no sense.

Good luck. I would assume that if you don't provide the info requested and cancel your application, your application fee would not be returned.

As long as you apply outside the country and have material to support your appointment schedule I don't see any reason why they should not count.
