What did you provide as part of your application for the bank statements? Were paper statements printed by the bank required or were you able to use a PDF electronic statement generated by the bank's app or website?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the acceptability of electronic PDF bank statements versus paper statements in the context of Thai visa applications. It appears that the requirements may depend on the method of application (e-visa vs. in-person submission). Users have successfully used PDF statements generated either through online banking platforms or financial apps without issues, provided they included necessary identifiers. However, those applying in person may need official paper documentation, depending on the office's requirements.

A pdf should be adequate as long as it appears to look genuinely generated with appropriate identifiers such as logo, account number and or account holders name. Printed statements would require being in the country where your bank was located, which official enough but highly impractical for the majority of applicants already physically abroad.

It probably depends if you are using the e visa system (pdf) of going in person (paper).

Stamps , signature, authentication or nothing will depend on the office.

LA wanted the latest statement for which I took a screenshot on the computer and printed to pdf.
