I hope you're not talking about me. I have a lot of clues, been in and out of Pattaya for 40 years and also use the best agent in Pattaya. The guy didn't mention an agent so to do it yourself, you'd need a TM30 on file to use that immigration office. I'm smart, from America, not UK.
