it's for arriving. Any arrival. It has no time limit because you've ARRIVED. That's all it's for.

It's for arriving. Nothing to do with visa, or no visa or duration. It's a free landing card. It says on the form. "Thailand Digital Arrival Card". For arriving in Thailand, any arrival, every time anyone arrives.

it's for anyone who enters Thailand. It's an entry card. It's nothing to do with visas. Irrelevant whether you're on visa or not, if you enter you fill it in.
