TM.30 is the form used by your landlord, the TM 28 is what is issues to you. You also don't need to mention how.long you have lived here as it does not seem to matter, some still don't get it. You also contradicted your self by saying you still print one off. Having the TM 28 in your passport saves all the worry.

wrong, Yes, you should keep the confirmation receipt for your TM28 report in your passport. You'll need this receipt when you visit Thai Immigration for issues like 90-day reporting or a stay permission extension.

Here's some related information about TM28 and TM30 forms:

TM28

This form is used to notify authorities of a change of address within a province. It's required for foreigners with a non-immigrant visa or extension of stay. You should file the TM28 within 24 hours of moving.

TM30

This form is used to report a foreigner's stay to immigration. It's required of all foreigners. Your landlord is responsible for setting up your TM30 and reporting your stay to immigration. You can submit your TM30 report online, by post, or in person at the immigration office.

Penalties

There are penalties for failing to comply with the TM30 regulations. Property owners who don't file a report face a fine of THB 2,000, while hotel operators face a fine of THB 2,000 to THB 10,000.
