What is your best advice, I don't mind paying for professional service from a visa agent in Bangkok, do you think I would be eligible for a retirement visa and of course the Thai bank account if applying from inside Thailand, I am living with my girlfriend in Sakon Nakhon Provence and she can confirm that I am residing in her family house.
I was under the impression if I apply for the TM7 I can get an extension for upto 12 months and then organise the bank account and transfer of funds from my bank account in Australia....am I wrong in assuming this?
Question, should I apply for the TM 7 first through immigration before I see a visa agent or will that be part of the complete Retirement Visa application carried out by the visa agent?
No I don't have any account yet, that is why I want to use a visa agent, I understand it is difficult to open a Thai bank account in the current political climate.
