hmmmm... Interesting... I mean there are ways to sell it of course... But it depends.... What agreement u have and who is the actual owner.... As they say NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE 😀
hmmmm... U can sell maybe the remain of the he lease but has to be to another farang.... Not easy I think.. Coz legally the house is not fully yours only the 30 years lease.....
30 year Lease is Not good.....You can't Resell the house ...IS NOT YOURS you can only live in it. What if after few years you don't like it any more? NOT GOOD in my opinion.
I am not 100% sure about Bank Draft... but I know is easy to transfer it from yr bank to any Thai banks (it will take 3 working days) then the bank in Thailand will state that the money came from abroad (you will need a bank letter/statment from yr Thai bank to apply for yr retirement and yr tm 30(from yr landlord if u rent)
is immediately (few hours depending on the office) as long as you have the 800k in the bank (if the funds are in Thailand must be in yr account 2 months but if u transfer them from abroad they are valid right away)
If you are filipino as you are part of ASEAN country your 60 day tourist Visa is Free from Thai Embassy or Consulate. If you apply in Manila Be Prepared to Show your return ticket and proof of enough Funds to cover for your 60 days
I think u can do it...Drive it to Turkey....then Iran....is not a big issue...You Don't need visa Just stamp at the border then South of Iran and Pakistan ...then India . from there you would Probably have to ship it to Thailand.....You can Just enter as a Tourist with your own Vehicle....if you live in a Big City like Bangkok...Chiang Mai you could probably Hang about for a Year...maybe 2 if you Move a bit...Eventually you may Find a way to keep it.....Might need bending the rules slightly......You Got to be open minded......Good luck
