I went there month and a half ago. Pretty easy, walked in Cross ed the border, paid 1,500 baht (SHOULD BE $35 USD) but now I know, Walk down the street for 5 minutes cross the street went to the Thai immigration, and the Cambodian agent forgot to stamp my passport, so me, and another guy, had to walk back across get the stamp come back across to the tie immigration, and then all done... Three people didn't get the stamps, I don't understand why.
I understand the cracking down, my situation, arrived on 45 day, got 30 day extension, did a land border, got 45 days and just did my 30 day extension, I plan on going to Kuala Lumpur for three or four days and get a tourist visa, I am worried that I will have any issues, I am married to a tie but my Thai wife is in USA she's not coming back here till December so a few people have told me I can get two tourist visas. And then get the marriage visa
hey Todd, I know you pretty much know most of the Visa rules, is it still only possible to get one 30-day extension at the immigration office after you come in on your 30-day Visa? I just got my 30-day extension yesterday but I would like to stay for another two months
