Canadian tax statements (T1) break down employment income, pension income, capital gains, investment income, etc.

Not sure what to tell you, they were very clear in the application process that the income had to be passive and that any employment income was not counted. Of course it’s Thailand, so we all know that what individual officers and/or locations say may differ

$80k in PASSIVE income. Pension, investments, rental income, etc. Employment income is not accepted.

It wasn’t all that hard. Revenue Canada (Tax) statements and they were perfectly happy.

Yes. Wealthy Pensioner LTR, but I’m a bit uncomfortable with the term. Comfortable? Yes. Wealthy? I’m not as sure
