Chiang mai does not-- at least not in repeated renewals for me and friends, but as I have shared, they staple the receipt in your passport with the reporting date clearly visible.

@Janey *****
just did my 90 day, and always for years , they staple receipt in passport with next date due clearly visible, then I also add it to my ph calendar to provide a warning in advance of due date.

when extending "retirement" Visa, it's clear to see 90 day reporting date does not change. does not change.

but, seems to me, with the amnesty, u could wait until Sept 26.

Google it -- just trolling to waste people's time.

cancel it, makes no sense, considering the current circumstances, to plan a wedding based on ability to travel internationally.

well, then, if that's your view, then i guess weeping and crying would allow any legal contract to be null and void, but, of course, that's simply not the case. Any legal contract. correctly executed, including a pre-nup, is enforceable. Find a better lawyer.

exactly, but, as explained, there are ways to make pre-nups work, or otherwise, no one would ever use one. but many have used the duress claim to escape them as they did not follow the appropriate protocol.

those cases happen when the prenup is done in close date to the wedding, when time pressure can be used to make the duress claim. there needs to be ample time to consider and seek legal counsel. also, one has to make sure spouse has independent legal advice/attorney, not one connected in any way nor recommended by the other.
