TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around a user's upcoming visa process for their fiancé in Thailand and the related travel back to the UK. Comments reveal that while it's possible to leave Thailand, travelers must be aware of a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon arrival in the UK, along with the necessity to complete specific immigration forms before landing. The conversation also touches on flight availability and experiences with recent travel regulations, including the impact of quarantine measures on Thai nationals and perceptions of prenuptial agreements.

There is still no real quarantine system in the UK, so she will just have to fill out a from promising to self isolate for 14 days, unless she needs to go out, and not to use public transport, unless she doesn't have a car.
Coming back to Thailand anytime in the next year or so wont be so easy.

There was a story recently, last few days, that the UK was quarantining Thais - kinda stupid. Calling the UK maybe a better a better option.
All people entering the uk who are from countries not included in the amnesty such as Thailand need to undergo a 14 day self isolation at an address they are staying.
I only know what a lawyer friend told me, and he said making sure the prenup was not dismissible was almost impossible. The simplest method to get it dismissed is to argue it was signed to stop the wedding being called off, therefore under duress.
those cases happen when the prenup is done in close date to the wedding, when time pressure can be used to make the duress claim. there needs to be ample time to consider and seek legal counsel. also, one has to make sure spouse has independent legal advice/attorney, not one connected in any way nor recommended by the other.
exactly, but, as explained, there are ways to make pre-nups work, or otherwise, no one would ever use one. but many have used the duress claim to escape them as they did not follow the appropriate protocol.
well, then, if that's your view, then i guess weeping and crying would allow any legal contract to be null and void, but, of course, that's simply not the case. Any legal contract. correctly executed, including a pre-nup, is enforceable. Find a better lawyer.
if the law was so simple and cut and dry we would have no lawyers just judges. I am assuming from your posts you’re either a lawyer, or you have never sat in a divorce court.

Just entered UK last week. The immigration form is scanned with your phone from the sign at the beginnning of the que. You then open the program and fill in the details. Not easy if you don't have a working sim as the free wifi cuts you off before you can complete the form unless you are really fast. You need handy, your ticket for flight and seat number, a contact number, an email address, the address where you will quarantine for the next 14 days. There was a queue of us incompetent old folk that needed help. After a long flight it a mind bender. There is help at immigration to fill in the information.

I believe you can fill that out before you arrive.
