My wife owns the house so I can't help with questions about condos. We went the week before to check what info was required. They gave us what looked like a standard list. Then they said that 20+ photos of the house (and us) were required. On the day, they wanted a copy of a neighbour's ID (which they hadn't mentioned before). By pure chance, a neighbour was sitting two desks to my left!

Also, we had a visit from an immigration officer a few days after submitting the forms, even though it is my second application for an extension.
