Can I use the transfer stamp form for my extension of stay at any immigration office in Thailand?

I have a new passport. I need to transfer an extension of stay stamp. I have seen the post detailing the copies I need and the forms to fill in. I have downloaded the transfer stamp form.

My question is this: Is the transfer stamp form for use in Bangkok only or can it be used in any immigration office?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The transfer stamp form for extending your stay must be used at the immigration office where you originally applied for your extension. You cannot submit it at any immigration office in Thailand. Ensure you also have the letter from the passport authority requesting the transfer, along with all necessary documents.

Len Manuel Arsenue I understand that, but is the downloadable form provided by this group for use in any immigration office or Chaeng Wattana only?

And you do have the letter from wherever you got your new passport asking immigration to move your stamps?
