If you look well kept and professional , they normally do not bother you or even ask , I just came 3 weeks ago and brought $25K with me..........nobody even bothered me ( I know why .... because it was easier to take care of everything in Thailand ) 3 weeks here , and I have everything.....Visa , Bank Account , and condo paid 6 months in advance

If you value your time , seriously hire an agent ......then you won't have to sit and listen to everyone complain who is trying to be cheap and petty ( trust me it gets old ) ......if you can afford $800,000 Baht you definitely can afford an agent and save yourself tons of time 🙏

I am just speaking from my recent personal experience with the DC location , and what they required from me to obtain a visa , others may find different results , regardless it was still a bit of a waiting period

from experience , the Thai customs in the US is very slow for some reason , and are requiring things which take longer to achieve because of slow processing , medical exam , bank statements etc..............I leave next week to do the same , and have found it to be easier to come over on a passport and do the process when I arrive , SEVERAL agencies to help
