I am curious if there is medical care for 100% disabled Veterans in Thailand , I am getting ready to make the jump for happiness and was curious

I have enough finances for medical reasons , and emergency situations

MAnilla is the closest facility. I've been checking into this same question myself. For medical attention it is MAnilla. VA, does offer a program called traveling vet. I think it is for meds etc. You might want to check. I have a appointment next week and will find out for sure.

There's excellent private medical care, but don't expect VA care or SS reimbursement. If your disability affects mobility getting around is problematic as the cities tend to have many obstacles for wheelchair users. A good friend is a disable Vietnam combat vet. He's been shot up and slapped down with many health issues. He's lived 24 years in BKK. He's got Thai imsurance.
