Answer summary
An expat from America living in Pattaya is seeking recommendations for reliable IT support, particularly for internet and VPN-related questions. Despite attempting to get help from local stores and AIS technicians, the individual has encountered language barriers. Several community members have offered their assistance or expressed willingness to help.

What do you need? I wouldn't consider myself a "good IT person" but I have been doing computer engineering for the past 20 years. I wouldn't know how to set-up a wireless printer but I can stand-up a network of servers.
