I can organize an apartment rental contract and tm30 but there is a problem getting a copy of the blue book as the owner is away, hence my post on Phuket Expats which you replied to , where I was asking if Phuket immigration actually want to see a copy of blue book.
thanks for the reply. I realised that some embassies are have different requirements to others but what I'm trying to clarify is of the embassies that do ask for insurance are you saying they are now asking for the same health insurance that before was only required for the OA?
when you say "now many embassies require proof of insurance for a non O" are you talking about Covid insurance or are you talking about the health insurance people on retirement visa are required to have, (which I believe now is $100,000 US)
