TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report must typically be submitted at the Immigration Office corresponding to your registered address. However, if you are traveling and staying temporarily at a different address, that new address must be registered with local authorities in order to submit the report there. Alternatively, you might be able to use the online reporting system if it's accessible, although it may not require you to mention your current location.

The address you reside should be registerd within 24 hours after arrival.

IF you travel and stay at an address, that address should be registered so you can do the report at that Immigration Office.

Alternative use the on line system without telling where you are.
