DTV_BegPecker I believe I applied for soft...I had drafted an intentions letter and attached to my application...retired, significant assets, planning to travel and enjoy long stay, health and use wellness offered in Thailand...absolutely no working.

A photo is a photo....they ask for white background...no glasses...no smile....if you comply...there is no reason to deny your scanned photo

I am reading new policies towards KBank....the government is demanding no new accounts to be open and to freeze existing accounts.

If it's not allowed then don't risk assets being froze or taken. The purpose of getting the DTV was to bypass the $800k baht to be deposited to a bank. Hahaha now everyone wants to open an account with the DTV...its a funny twist.
