My girlfriend was rejected tòo on the basis of no job or evidence of her returning. Even though we had a return ticket, an English course and booked visits to various events in the UK so she cam see the country. Main rejection was based on her not having anything to return to.

Yes, it's the same for UK. You get 30 visa exempt but if you want to stay longer then apply for a visa in your home country. Here it is £30 with proof of income via bank statement, insurance and enough money to spend in Thailand. I think it is 40, 000 baht

it's not a fact. It doesn't upset me in the least. These people make a very valuable contribution wherever they go. Look at the US, UK and other countries where Indians have made huge contributions including having a vice president and several prime ministers. What they do nothing? They actually do the work the natives of the country don't want to do
