As

stated, they are humans. I arrived on an O-A visa and got stamped in for 30 days. Checked direct in front of the desk, mentioned it to the IO , he apologized, amended it correctly to 1 year and problem was solved within minutes with a smile on both side.

Is it easier to obtain a medical certificate for the O-A visa in Thailand before returning to the USA?

I did mine in Germany, easy. Printed the form, gave it my doctor and collected the next day without any charge.

When does the 90-day reporting period start for a Non-Immigrant O-A visa holder returning to Thailand after leaving?

I entered TH on 4.7.18 with O-A visa and supposed to do my 90 day report on 1.10.18. As I'm leaving TH on 2.10. to Europe I'll do my report around 25.9. So I'm legal and doing my 1st one in person ,I will try to do the follow ups online. That's ok !?
