ORIGINAL POSTER
TM30 online.

I just did my TM30 online.(Phuket) and it's working. I saved it, retrieved the entry and printed it. I checked both ways, webpage and section 38 app. Both working today.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 can be successfully filed online through the official immigration portal or the Section 38 app (available on both iOS and Android). It must be submitted within one business day after moving to a new residence in Thailand. Users have reported successful submissions and retrieval of their TM30 details, noting that it's important to disable VPNs and pop-up blockers while filling out the form. Screenshots of completed TM30s can be useful for visa applications and extensions. However, some users have experienced issues with the app not displaying their TM30.

The TM30 must be filed one business day after a person begins to reside at a property. The TM30 can be filed using one of the following three applications:

Online [best option]:

**********************************************

Apple:

****************************************************
**********
*****
*****

Android

*************************************************************************

To use these applications, you must physically be in Thailand. If the system doesn't work, make sure you:

- Are not using a VPN (virtual private network)

- Have "block pop ups" disabled

- Filling in the dates correctly (remember, the information must be submitted no later then one day after a person begins to stay at a location)

- Are in Thailand.

The attached is a picture of completed TM30s. The online systems would be the bottom two pictures. You would use those screenshots to get any in-country visas or extension of stays.

Thank you.
