For some reason, not given, my 90 day online application was rejected and now I need to go to Saraburi immigration on Monday.

I've filled in a paper tm47, copied my passport and will have the property documents and owner ID card, am I missing anything?

It's been a long time since I've needed to do this manual process

Just wanted to say thank you for the help I got in this group a while ago. Special thanks to Tod Daniels and Benjamin Hays.

I am from Norway. Got my STV visa in November.

Yesterday I went to Saraburi immigration to extend.

Had copy of my passport (page with pic). Copy of page with entry stamp and Tm6.

Copy of "blue book". Actually I didn't bring, so my girlfriend had to call owner house. Send it by phone and we print out ๐Ÿ˜….

Then had to fill out a couple of forms. One I think name Tm7. The other one was something about rules for overstay. Just had to read and sign.

The officer complaint little bit. "Mr Roger, you not fill in everything. You not understand English naa"๐Ÿ˜….

I just smiled and said sorry, I speak not good English. Speak Norwegian. I am trying to learn Thai. She smile and say ok. No problem.

Have a happy weekend guys. Thanks again ๐Ÿฅฐ. Roger.

By the way, my flight to Norway is on May 5 so I am good ๐Ÿ‘

Once again I need to tap the collective wisdom of this great group.

If I move from Saraburi (permanently) to Chon Buri during my 90 day report period, do I report to Chon buri immigration on the day I would have done so at Saraburi? Or am I obliged to report to Chom Buri immigration within 24 hours of arrival in Chon buri? Thus triggering a new 90 day period. Thank you.

Good afternoon all

Next month I will be lodging an TM7 application for one year extension of my O-A non immigrant me visa.

I'm good to go on the requirements except I visited Saraburi Immigration a couple of days ago and was told by an extremely helpful lady officer that my Aussie Government DVA pensions need to translated and certified by the Aussie Embassy in BKK. My pensions exceed the 65k thb monthly requirement.

Does anyone know how to go about this?

I can download from the MyGov website and printout of my pensions which shows clearly all the indicators they come from a Government website. As I am in Saraburi its quite a haul to get to BKK... could I email the document as an attachment? Could I have it translated locally I have a translator I use.. and send original plus translation to the embassy.... or am I obliged to front personally? In which case Does anyone know how long I should plan on staying in BKK to do so?

Hopefully someone can help guide me through this.

Thanks you.

Good Morning all,

I have a Non-Immigrant O-A multiple entry I year visa.

The visa expires 3rd September 2018.

I'm getting ready to submit an application for extension based on Retirement.

My research has indicated I need to submit the following with my application.

1. File a TM7 extension of stay form

2. Show evidence of income. In my case I can show Australian Government pension Monthly income from military well in excess of the 65, 000thb

required.

3. Pay 1900THB fee

4. 2 passport size photos Im in Saraburi

5. Hand drawn map to my residence

6. Original passport with signed photocopies of each page, two sets.

As this group appears to contain some really knowledgeable members I would appreciate feedback as to the above requirements.

Specifically how long before the 3rd September 2018 visa expiry should I submit the application to SARABURI Immigration?

My next 90 report is due 20th August 2018

I can prove address as they already know that from my 90 day reports. Also I have a Thai Drivers License and my AIS phone bill is sent to my address too.

I appreciate your time reading this.

Thanks.
