I used Qatar Airways via Doha. Nothing is required to transit Doha. I don't know about the other airlines you would need to check the airlines website and what it says.
I came back on Friday. If you are fully vaccinated you just need to fill out a PLF (Passenger Locator Form) on the UK Gov web site within the 48 hours before arrival in the UK and print it off for check in. No tests needed before or after arrival. But DO Print out your PLF and Covid Pass (Vaccination Certificate) as they will want to see it at check in.
I received one of these emails too today. I just deleted it because it clearly wasn't real. My Thai Pass application was back in November last year and I arrived home a few days ago. Its hard to say what will happen it depends on what you clicked on and what if anything might have downloaded on to your computer. The first thing I would do is run a full scan from a good anti virus app. And hope for the best.
In the UK you can get an International Driving Licence by taking your UK driving licence and a passport photo to the Post Office. You pay £5 and it is valid for 12 months. But you need to do it before you leave the UK. They will issue it to you over the counter.
I have been here since December and never had to download the Mor chana or any other app. I have been all over Bangkok and to Suphan Buri Province and never been asked to show it or use it. You could always uninstall it I guess
We use a local shop or Internet cafe to print and scan. Also there are likely to be computers and printers you can use at a local library. Or buy a cheap printer 🙂
Hi Daniel Re the passport info page. Do I just take a picture of the passport and photo with my phone? Answer yes. Make sure it is clear and legible. You could Bluetooth it to your pc or laptop if it has Bluetooth. Or email it to yourself and open the email on the computer or send it to yourself on FB messenger or another messaging app. Or connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable to transfer it across. Your charger cable would do it. I used Bluetooth or email. Any pdfs I think it's possible to open on a pc and using save as rather than save I am pretty sure you can save as a different file type. Choose jpg to upload. Or just print it and take a picture of it.
on the Thai Pass Web site it will tell you what you need. For the covid insurance you can use a company in your home country or you can use a Thai company such as AXA Sawasdee. The benefit of that is they will give you a certificate summarising the cover ideal for the Thailand Pass application. Very easy to apply for on line and you get the certificate straight away. There are a few tips when applying for the Thailand Pass. I don't think you can upload pdf so take a picture of docs and do it as jpeg. There were problems for people using hotmIl as an email address so don't use that use Gmail or something else. You can do it just go for it. As someone said give it 7 days before you travel minimum. And take paper copies of all your docs. Good luck.
